At Tluzarinnroz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Returnable Items

You may return products that meet the following criteria:

  • Product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • Return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • Product is in resalable condition
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
  • Products purchased during promotional sales marked as "final sale"
  • Products that have been tampered with or show signs of misuse

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at reply@tluzarinnroz.world within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team

3.2 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The return is due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

4.2 Refund Amount

Approved refunds include:

  • The full purchase price of the returned product(s)
  • Original shipping charges (only if the return is due to our error)

The following are not refundable:

  • Original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs paid by you

4.3 Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with minor damage not disclosed at the time of return request
  • Products returned outside the 30-day window but within 45 days (at our discretion)

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us immediately at reply@tluzarinnroz.world
  2. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  3. Include your order number and description of the damage

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs. In some cases, you may not need to return the damaged product.

6. Wrong Items Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the incorrect item received
  3. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost
  4. We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please:

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

8. Australian Consumer Law

This Return Policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which forms part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they are of acceptable quality, match their description, and are fit for any disclosed purpose.

Where there is a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. Where there is a minor failure, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement within a reasonable time. These remedies apply in addition to this policy and cannot be excluded by us.

In summary, consumers may have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement where products:

  • Do not match the description
  • Are not fit for their intended purpose
  • Are not of acceptable quality
  • Do not match the sample or demonstration model

These statutory rights apply regardless of the time limits or conditions in sections 2–7 above, where the ACL provides a remedy.

9. International Returns

For international orders:

  • The same return conditions apply
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency
